Wirt Financial and Leasing Services associates are a
major strength to the organization and a key asset for the growth of the
company. Many of the associates have been with Wirt for several years and have a
great understanding of the leasing business.
Wirt also has many new faces that provide the team with
new insight and a great desire to learn. The Wirt team will provide you
exceptional service throughout the lease process.

Steve is the President and founder of Wirt Financial and
Leasing Services. Steve earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan
University. His business
experience encompasses working in a family business and as an Investment Advisor
with Merrill Lynch. Steve then took this vast and diversified experience
and created Wirt Financial and Leasing Services. His ability to provide
innovative financial solutions and problem solve has helped businesses across
the country grow and thrive.
Steve and his wife Dena are very active in their community and
support various charitable organizations.

Dan
is the Financial Manager for Wirt Financial & Leasing Services. He is the
manager of the client services division and is instrumental in the “behind the
scenes” documentation and financial structure required to grow the business and
serve our clients. He keeps our records up to date, helps us operate
efficiently, and is always looking for ways to improve the business. His
responsibilities include accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, banking
relations, employee benefits, credit analysis and joint venture management.
Dan
is a graduate of Central
Michigan
University
and has been a part of the Wirt team for over 15 years.

Elena
Rodriguez-Brunett
Se Habla Espanol
Elena,
a Texas native, joined our team in 2002 and has
brought with her over 20 years experience in the financial services industry
with companies including Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch.
Elena
holds credentials from Texas
A & M
University
in Business Management and Administration.
Her knowledge skills and abilities have been a great asset in the Wirt
Legal and Asset Protection Departments.
Elena provides excellent support services and is one
of the friendly voices you’ll hear when inquiring about a new lease,
consultation or financial solutions. Elena
works closely with our clients to help them reach their goals and put them on
the path to success. Her bilingual ability to speak Spanish has also been a
great advantage for Wirt. Elena is directly responsible for our Allegra and
Signs Now national accounts, and is a strong asset as an account manager for
these and numerous other clients.

Donna
Gakstatter
Donna
has been with Wirt Financial & Leasing Services for nineteen years.
Donna manages our residential real estate department,
Wirt & Loomis Property Investments.
Donna offers programs to help individuals and investors get into home ownership.
Her services are unique and flexible and the quality and dedication she
puts into each deal is remarkable.
Donna has earned a certificate in Real Estate Fundamentals and actively
holds positions as a Bay Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, a Women’s Council
of Realtor Board Member, and a Construction Financial Management Association
Board Member.

Linda,
Wirt Financial & Leasing Services longest-term employee of twenty-two years, is our
Vice President of Administrative Services. Linda
heads the department that prepares and processes all lease documentation. She
also prepares all of our vendor payments and completes the set-up of new lease
transactions. Her accuracy and
attention to detail is a great asset to Wirt, our bank partners, and our
clientele.

Barb
has been with Wirt Financial & Leasing Services for two and a half years and
works in the client services department which prepares and processes all lease
documentation. Barb has earned two
Associates degrees from Delta College, applied science and general business.
Barb
has a wide range of duties which include accounting, processing payments,
insurance, billing, past dues, processing lease documents, funding paperwork,
and overseeing supply purchasing. Barb is a member of the finance committee at
her church and belongs to the St.
Anne’s Altar Society.

Sue
Lindner
Sue
has been with Wirt Financial & Leasing Services for twenty-two years in the
Executive Administration Department. She works closely with our clients to
structure a lease that fits their exact needs and is always willing to help find
a way to get the deal done. Sue oversees office operations, as well as reviewing
and approving lease applications, reviewing financial statements and credit
reports. She coordinates with Steve
in determining how to best service our clients and is the main contact person
for our business partners.

Clarence Rivette is the Managing Partner for Wirt Financial
& Leasing Services. He possesses
seventeen years of leadership and global experience in for-profit,
not-for-profit, and the United States
military. He has held President and
CEO positions in U.S.
and international companies. These companies involved operations in Korea, Canada,
Israel, United Kingdom and the Netherlands. His
work and military positions have taken him to over 35 nations.
When asked what he does, Clarence will reply, helping people
lead, helping companies grow! Clarence’s formal executive consulting includes;
vision and values development, M&A, MBO, leadership development programs, global
strategy and growth innovations, marketing, and sustainable execution.
His strategic insight, proven leadership results and global experience
assists others in achieving their strategic goals, identifying growth
innovations, creating strength based organization and in developing leaders at
all levels of the organization.

Sara has been with Wirt Financial & Leasing Services for a
year and a half with a focus on the Marketing & Business Development area.
She works closely with our clients to maintain relationships and utilize
programs and information as well as develop and enhance the performance and
results of our Independent Representatives. Her experience in the insurance
business has been a great asset.
Sara started as a Co-op while working toward her Associates degree at
Delta
College and has recently received a
Bachelors degree from Northwood
University.
Sara also manages the Co-Ops at Wirt. Sara
is self motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and a great addition to the team.

A Midland native and student at
Delta
College, Jennifer has been
a great help in our Client Services Division.
Jennifer’s responsibilities include bookkeeping, accounting and
administrative support. Jennifer is currently attending Delta College
and plans to transfer to Northwood
University to pursue a
Bachelors degree in Accounting. Her
accuracy and attention to detail is a great asset to the Wirt organization and
our clientele. Jennifer is a
nationally recognized student in the accounting area via her association with
Business Professionals of America.

Eric
Finnigan
Eric
joined the staff of Wirt Financial & Leasing Services in October of 2006.
Eric
works with the marketing and commercial real estate teams to promote the various
real estate programs offered by Wirt. Eric
has 2 years of previous marketing and real estate experience. A Saginaw native and 2004 graduate of
Swan
Valley High
School, Eric has earned his Associates in Pre-Business
Administration at Delta College and is working toward a dual major in Business
Management and Marketing at
Northwood
University.
He is eager to learn, willing to work hard, and extremely conscientious about
his work.
Eric's initiative
and creativity are strong assets in our commercial real estate and marketing
departments.

With over 15 years in customer
service and account management, Darrin is a leasing representative for the local
Wirt office and surrounding areas. Joining the Wirt team in 2006, Darrin
has developed a strong financial network and specializes in real estate &
equipment leasing programs at Wirt. Darrin has a bachelors in Business
Administration, and has worked in the technology industry before making the
transition to the financial services industry. Darrin lives with his wife and three daughters in
Freeland, MI., and enjoys camping, sports, and working with youth groups at his
local church.

After over 20 years of experience in the leasing business,
Bruce teamed up with Wirt Financial & Leasing Services to open a new leasing
office in Traverse City that would better serve his
client’s needs through broader and more flexible leasing services.
In addition to family and work, Bruce’s other interests include running
the Grand Traverse Soccer Camp (25
years), along with many years of coaching high school and select soccer teams,
golfing, cycling and boating. Bruce
currently is involved with the Traverse City Area Chamber of Commerce as an
Ambassador and is a member of the Builders Exchange of Northwest Michigan.

Sue
Berke

Having held management and sales positions in thrift (savings and loan),
commercial banking, and mortgage brokerage firms, Sue has spent over 20 years in
the financial services industry, and has additional experience in retail and
consulting positions.
Sue
started
Star Financial Resources in 2003
so that she could take the collective expertise she has
accumulated and assist businesses with their financing
requirements. Sue is an independent representative for Wirt with a focus
on Southeast Michigan.
Stacey joined the Wirt Team in September of 2007 as part of the College
Associate program. A native of
Croswell, she is currently in her third year at Saginaw Valley State University
pursuing her Bachelors Degree of Professional Accountancy.
She is an active member of Delta Sigma Pi, Saginaw Valley’s professional
business fraternity, where she has attended many leadership conferences.
As a part of the Sales/Marketing team at Wirt, Stacey’s supportive
behavior can be seen through her consistency to always lend a helping hand.
Her duties include business development assistance, sales and marketing
support, and reception. Stacey’s
friendly voice can be heard when you call Wirt Financial today.
Jason joined Wirt Financial & Leasing Services in June of 2007, serving as a
College Associate on the Sales and Marketing Team.
Originally from Breckenridge, he is a
third year student at Saginaw Valley State University actively working toward
his Bachelor Degree of Business Management. Jason
is a member of Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity, and is
president of the Paintball Club, a registered student organization on campus.
Some of his duties include:
business development, client relationship calls, database maintenance,
marketing support, and reception.
Jason is always willing to help, eager to learn, and is a great asset to our
team.

Dan Andrews
Daniel L. Andrews is the Commercial Real Estate Business Development Manager for
Wirt Financial & Leasing Services. Dan is responsible for brand building by
working with banking institutions, commercial real estate offices and economic
development organizations to develop new commercial property and business
opportunities in the State of Michigan and nationally.
Dan
brings over 25 years of diversified real estate and management experience to
this position. He is past director of the University of Michigan Extension
Service Real Estate Education Program and is approved by the Michigan Department
of Labor & Economic Growth to teach Michigan real estate legal updates. He holds
a Graduate Realtors© Institute (GRI) designation from the Michigan and National
Association of Realtors, has a bachelor's degree in business from Virginia Tech,
and has completed master's degree courses in business management from Central
Michigan University.

On August 2nd, 2007 the Wirt team attended the Great Lakes Loons game at Dow
Diamond in Midland, MI. It was a great time and lots of fun was had by
all!
